Question
I have read that on the Razors Edge tour Cliff Williams did not play on about 25 shows and they had a fill in. Do  you know the circumstances around this and who filled in for him? Do you know of any video that exists? Thanks for your time.

Hello Tim,

Thank you for your question. To the best of my knowledge, it was only for a handful of shows during the U.S. (1991) leg of "The Razors Edge" tour, not as many as 25, however I do not have the exact number.
The fill in was Paul Greg, and it is unknown as to the exact reasons behind why Cliff needed the time off. The band has never officially commented or confirmed regarding this, which is not uncommon for them when it comes to any internal band information/issues.

I do not believe that any video footage exists, or at least not that I am aware of.

I also have participated in several other marketing and promotional campaigns for AC/DC. Most recently, I have contributed to a new book by Phil Sutcliffe "AC/DC: The Ultimate Illustrated History" as well as penning an AC/DC Collectibles article for Record Collector magazine (UK).
