Question
I first heard a song on the radio about a card game and a woman who had the Jack...and there were lyrics about the cards played, hands held, etc. It was a live performance and sounds like the AC/DC group/rhythm...but I swear the words were all different. What's up...different group, different song, same group, different song...a single release version versus the album release?

Thank you for your question.
The original version of "The Jack" had different lyrics to it, which the band always did live, and still does this way live. You most likely are referring to the live version which is available both on AC/DC's "If You Want Blood You've Got It" and "AC/DC Live" albums.
The lyrics were changed to the card game version before they recorded their "T.N.T." album to avoid any controversy with the record company and bad publicity at the time, but Bon had a great time creating the witty double entendre lyrics for the studio version.
