AC/DC/bon scott letter and autograph

Question
Hi,
I have an lp signed by ac/dc members during the highway to hell tour. Problem is that Bon only signed his first name (in large letters)and it is hardly readable. I also have a hand written letter from Bon on airport stationary (from the early days) that answers questions about their cd's and is signed (again, first name only) Bon. I was wondering what these might be worth.
Also, I would like to get the australian issue cd's mainly with different covers and tracks (I used to have those lp's)dirty deeds, high voltage, tnt..and was wondering what a good price would be for those or if I should by the 17 cd box set instead.
Thanks for your time,

Rick

Answer
Hello Rick,

Thank you for your question. It was normal for Bon to just sign 'Bon', or 'BON AC/DC' when he signed autographs.
A fully signed AC/DC album including Bon can be worth anywhere from $100 to $250 depending on the condition of the sleeve, the clarity of the autographs, what was written, and any supplied proof of the signing (such as a photograph during the signing). A personal letter can be worth $250-400 on auction.

Regarding the Australian CD's, they should be readily available for ordering from many online CD retailers, probably for around $15 or so for each title. You may even be able to have them ordered for you by one of your local CD shops.

Best Regards,
Bill
