Before 50 days ago, i was in a business trip in Hong Kong,i met a local lady and i had sex with here,through this the condom was torn shed noticed that. immediately i went to bathroom and i washed my penis and she washed her vagina. i want to ask you if this short un-secured connection for a short time will cause the transition of HIV as i am suffering from HIV primary Symptoms like muscles and bones pains.

Peace.  The possibility of infection exists - the probability that you may have been infected seems low with the short duration of your exposure to vaginal secretions.  That being said, understand that "symptoms" of primary HIV infection are much less common than other causes for your pains.  The only way to know if this is HIV is from a test - at 50 days after your incident, an antibody test should be sufficient to detect presence of HIV.
