Question
I am looking for available resources for those affected by HIV, Hepatitis B/C - both national and local to Scotland.  Would you be able to help me?

Answer
Dear Sarah:

Peace and all good things.  I would first try www.avert.org, then go to World Health Organization (www.who.org) and UNAIDS.  Also consider www.thebody.com and if these don't provide what you want, I have contacts in Scotland with whom I can follow through.

Best to you and yours.
