QuestionDear Doctore,
I have asked this question before regarding Oral-penial sex, but becasue of I am still confused and worried about the last only one spisode of oral sex in my whole life, so I will make up a complex senario for conclusive answer.
If we assume or considering the girl had wound, cut, sore,or even blood inside her mouth or blood which I couldn't see and at the same time I had love drop ,cut, wound or even any sore on penis ,"I worried if the saliva mixed blood and then enter the head of penis or cut, tiny wound oe even sore on it ,I think this is the worst senario of oral sex for an insertive partner"
So MY QUESTION :
1)Is the modern of rapid -ve HIV1/2 test after 130 days conclusive and definitive?the result was at 22 mints.
AND
2) am I be of 3% of people may thier anti bodies develop up 6months? please the second question is important for me.
PS:I did HIV1/2(standard EIA) after 63days ,and 77 days and all of them were non-reactive.
Also I did STDs tests including HIV1/2 (standard EIA)after 87 days and were non-reactive.
And also I did rapid -ve hiv1 tests after 110 and 120 days and all of them were negative.
And in the end I did modern ofrapid -ve HIV 1/2 test after 130 days and was negative.
So if we considering the worst case for an insertive oral sex , Are last tests conclusive and definitive?
Dr.HHH and H.Hook said the test is conclusive for simmilar cases as mine,(www.medhelp.org),and the window perio is 8 weeks and everything alse is behiend the time with modern tests.
DR.K site told me by an email last tests are conclusive.
CDC also said to me that.
DR Fransisco from www.thebody.com said to me test is conclusive for the last senario.
www.dsc.com and www.youandadis.org said to me the tests are conclusive and everyone tell me that And Dr.THAI in this website said to me the tests are conclusive if i did after 120 days for the worst last senario of oral insertive sex. and Dr.Kristain said me that i am fine and do additional test at 6 month to be sure.
Thank you for your time and considerat.
AnswerDear Qhhs81:
Peace. To clarify, I am not a physician, I am a public health professional and doctoral student with many years in HIV education and training.
I don't see a real conflict in the advice you have. Everyone, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (a definitive authority) has told you your results are conclusively negative. The six month period is common reference point for statistical 'certainty' but the variety of tests and their common result - negative - seems sufficient.
Best to you and yours,
Terry
