Answer
Dear Sushant:

Peace and all good things to you.  Vaginal secretions (and blood, including menstrual fluid) can transmit HIV.  The amount and duration of your exposure (which seems small in this described case), as well as presence of other sexually transmitted infections, or, as you describe, open cuts (or lack of same) are variables increasing or decreasing risk.
The short answer is that oral sex (cunnilingus in this case) is thought to be low risk for HIV transmission.

I hope this helps; using a latex barrier can reduce your risk without eliminating pleasure, please see www.thebody.com for more detail.

Best to you and yours,

Terry
