Question
I am a heterosexual male of 28 years age. Over the last two weeks I have engaged in the following sexual activities with multiple sex workers:
1) Deep french kissing.
2) Sucking of breasts - no milk entered my mouth.
3) Fingering in vagina.
4) Receiving oral sex with condom.
5) Vaginal sex with condom - no breakage.
6) Receiving hand job without condoms - might be with vaginal secretions on hands of the sex worker/s.
7) Accidental rubbing of penies head with the vagina of the girl - not for long.
8) Accidental touching of penies with vaginal secretions on my hand (after fingering).
Now I am experience diarrhoea with fever. Could it be HIV infection. I am very worried?

Answer
HIV is transmitted through unprotected oral, vaginal and/or anal sex with an infected person; sharing needles with an infected person and occasionally from mother to child.

If you think you may have been exposed to HIV, you need to seek an HIV test to find out your status.
