AIDS/HIV/Aids transmission

Question
i recently got very drunk and made a monumental mistake; I had unprotected anal sex with a stranger.  I don't believe he came inside me and I don't remember for how long it went on, but I'm concerned about HIV and/or STDs.  I've read that pre-cum is not as risky as semen when it comes to HIV, but I'm still in panic mode.  What is my transmission risk if he didn't cum inside me?

Answer
All I can tell you is that you put yourself at risk. Receptive unprotected anal sex is the most risky. There is more fluid with ejaculation and hence for chance of infection but preseminal fluid can transmit HIV as well. I would suggest getting tested.
