Question
I have a tennant that was diagonised with full blown AIDS they are moving out I need to install new carpet and repairs to kitchen and bath what precations should I take while dealing with anything that could cause a scratch or cut to my myself or workers is the a product I should use for cleaning Im aware of how its transmitted but not sure thru something like this.

Answer
There is no need for any precautions. HIV is not transmitting in any of those ways and you are not at risk. Even if there were transmitting fluids left behind, they would be unable to transmit HIV at this point. Carry on as you would with any other tenant.
