Answer
Dear Will:

Peace.  I will attempt to answer your question as best I can.  I am unclear from your question if you were exposed to the blood, vaginal secretions (fluids from the woman's vagina) or the semen of another person.  If (as I am guessing) your contact with vaginal secretions was with the skin of your fingers, your risk exists but is very small.  Your ejaculation does not put you at additional risk.

Whether your lymph nodes are swollen from HIV or another infection is impossible to assess without an HIV test; it is more likely, given what I read from your question, that you have some other illness, as your exposure places you at low risk of HIV transmission.  Please see a health care professional for diagnosis and treatment of whatever is causing the physical problems and illness.

As it has been six weeks since your possible exposure, it would benefit you to also talk with an HIV counselor and be tested, unless you will be doing this with your doctor.  Rather than our trying to clarify (I am assuming we have some language barriers) by means of this forum, I would recommend you to www.cdc.com and seek information in your language, or if you feel comfortable enough with English, to www.avert.org and read more about HIV transmission.

I am sorry I cannot be of greater assistance.

Again, peace, and best to you and yours.

Terry
