Hi
I had a sexual encounter with a female of unknown HIV status,
i kissed her ,she gave me blowjow but it was protected i was wearing two condoms , then i touched her vagina by fingers and hand, there was no penetrative sex . After that i removed condom and washed myself , is there any risk of getting infected,can infection be transmitted if i touch any  
part of my body which is cut ,by my hands or fingers within few hours   . Please also let me know what can be immediate symptoms of infection ,because i am having mild fever , cough , cold and sore throat , i checked symptom details on net ,some site  
include these symptoms and some don't, i am very anxious , can anxiety  lead to these symptoms . These symptoms can be due some others reasons as climate at my place is quite hot ,and sudden temp changes can cause these problems ,but i am very tensed, help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is never recommended to use 2 condoms at the same time as it is not effective and does not decrease the risk. It may increase breakage of the condom. There is no risks based on the information you've provided.

Your symptoms may be of other causes. HIV usually does not produce immediate symptoms. The symptoms are generally vague flu-like symptoms appearing weeks after contraction. Thereafter, most infected individuals are asymptomatic. Psychological stress and anxiety may also induce symptoms that is not of a pathological cause.

Next time, I highly recommend using 1 condom only. Wearing 2 condoms at the same time is NOT recommended.

Lastly, I highly recommend an HIV test and STI screening once every 3 months as long as you are sexually active.
