Question
Hello!
First of all thanks for your time which you spent for everyone needs help .
I hope help us for something regarding HIV test...
First of all ,Is donation at 32 weeks should be definitive and conclusive for the same exposure ?
"I meant there is no any exposure during last 32 weeks and then i donated in blood bank in my country at 32th week and everything regarding all STDs were perfect." so should be conclusive and definitive?

And when is the definitive , conclusive and best time to diagnose HIV or to do the test?

Answer
I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you know for sure that they contact you if your blood registers positive? They do not do that in the US. Blood donation is not linked with donors so if blood comes back positive it excluded from the pool. To find out if someone is infected, they need to go for an HIV test specifically.

3-6 months after exposure is definitive.
