AIDS/HIV?

Question
Hi

I recently had protected sex with two sex workers in Singapore.  One was from Cambodia, and the other from Vietnam.

We used a condom for both oral and vaginal sex.

My concern is :

1. I did finger one of them, it is possible that I may have transferred a small amount of vaginal fluid to my penis later in the evening through that on my fingers
2. one seemed to be leaking very slightly from her nipples when aroused, I will have taken tiny amounts of this fluid in my mouth

I do not know whether either girl was HIV positive.  Should I take a test?  What is the likelihood I may have got infected?

Many thanks
David

Answer
1. I wouldnt know this...only you know whether you could have done this or not.

2. Breast milk can transmit HIV but the likelihood of contracting it through one sexual encounter is unlikely. Usually the only people who get HIV from breast milk are breast fed babies who are drinking it repeatedly.
