Question
I am a Japanese woman, a few days ago I happened unprotected sex with my boyfriend  , he inserted his finger in my vagina. And a finger inserted  the anus twice, then I stopped him.
The question is, three hours before he punctured the finger, then a slight bleeding wound was superficial. Although when i accpected masturbation ,his fingers had   stopped  blooding, his fingers  still not healed.  If he infected with AIDS, will be transmitted to me ?

Answer
Dear Rose:

Peace and all good things.  If your boyfriend is infected with HIV (the virus that causes AIDS), and if his wound on fingers began to bleed while stimulating you, you would be at some slight risk.  This would be measured by the health of your vaginal and anal tissues (intact skin and mucous membranes protect somewhat against disease transmission) and the amount of blood to which he exposed you during this time.   While aware that many men might endure great pain for a sexual experience, I doubt that he would have stimulated you if he was was actively bleeding in such amounts as to produce a real risk to you.

So, short answer, there may be some slight risk, espeically if have an underlying sexually transmitted infection or damage to your anus or vagina, but the risk is small.

I hope this helps,

Terry
