Question
Hi Terry. How r u doing??
My Question is:

I had Protected sex both Vaginal and Anal with CSW, after the sex, I remove my condom and check it wheather there is any leakage by putting water inside, there was none. So am I at any risk here after having protected sex and also checking if there is any leakage which was not.

Secondly I received unprotected oral sex and cum in the mouth of the CSW, she washed her mouth with a mouth was before and after the oral sex. To my knowledge there was no bleeding in her mouth.

Thanks for replying.

Take care...

Answer
Dear PS:

Peace.  Chances are that your use of a latex condom protected you from enough potentially infectious fluids as to reduce your risk from your vaginal and anal sex.  There is always a slight degree of risk because exposure to blood, vaginal secretions, and/or semen of an infected person places you at some risk, and it can be difficult to ensure no contact with these even when using a condom.  The good news is that some studies suggest that consistant - each time, every time - condom use has protected uninfected partners in long-term relationships over many years.

The oral sex is also a low risk, use of a condom (flavored, perhaps) would reduce your risk and hers even further.

I would suggest you talk with a counselor at a testing site and, for your own knowledge, be tested for not only HIV but other sexually transmitted infections.  HIV is relatively difficult to transmit, but not so for some other infections.  Having sex with someone who has multiple partners significantly increases your risk.  More information can be found at www.thebody.com and www.avert.org - two wonderful sites with a lot of good information.

Summary - your risk is very low for HIV transmission.

Best to you and yours,

Terry
