AIDS/Very Concern and What are My Risk?

Question
Hello,

I am so concern and this is what happened.

I am not a sexually active person and never had sex before in my life,
Not until two months ago where I picked up two guys online. The most
regretting thing Ive done ever.

They are straight guys from a popular ad website and thay do it only
for extra cash they said.I asked them both about their status and said
they were clean. The first guy asked me about my status as well.

The first guy I picked up: I gave him unprotected oral sex for a minute
or two just to get him erect. No ejaculation involved.

Then we had a protected sex with a brand new condom. He also did not
ejaculate.

The second guy about two to three days after: I gave him unprotected
oral sex also without ejaculation. Then we had mutual masturbation with
ejaculation. We did not masturbate each but when hes about to ejaculate
I try to grab his penis and then the semen went to my hand. (It was so
stupid)

My Concerns:

1. I have a condition where my gums bleed whenever I brush my teeth hard enough. Although I did not brush my teeth prior to both encounters. Worried about the unprotected oral I gave them.

2. I have a some sort of burning/straining feeling in part my hand after my first encounter. Im worried that it could be herpes that I acquired from my first encounter? And it was the hand where the semen of my second encounter have gone.

3.I also has painless healed penpoint sore and healed minute cuts in my cuticle.

Please tell me the risk Ive done. Should I right away seek a Doctor?

Thank You

Answer
You do not need to have bleeding gums to contract HIV through oral sex, nor is ejaculation necessary. The mouth is a mucous membrane and HIV can easily pass into the body through mouth tissue. Pre seminal fluid also can transmit HIV.

If you feel you are having any kind of symptoms or problems then you should see a doctor. Not because I think you have HIV, but because you cannot have symptoms assessed online.
