QUESTION: Please help me, i'm very depress here. I have this encounter last week. I have sex with this escort girl. At that time i have 3 sores in my mouth (no bleeding). i lick her nipples (dry nipple - not long perhaps 30 seconds). Is it possible to get HIV this way? And after a brief sex, she help me hand job and blow job with the condom still on my penis later however, she took off the condom and continue with the hand job only. Is it possible the vaginal fluid (appear to be dry, non sticky) on her hand (which is contacted through the condom) will transmit HIV during hand job without condom? I have HIV tested a week later and it is negative but i doubt the result. Please advise me.

ANSWER: HIV is passed through unprotected oral, vaginal and anal sex; from sharing needles and occasionally from mother to child during breast feeding.

I described the ways in which HIV is transmitted and your behavior is not included on the list. I'm not sure why you would think you are at risk because of sores in your mouth...unless I am reading your question incorrectly- it seems you are asking about licking a woman's nipples and being masturbated by someone. Neither lead to HIV transmission.
