AIDS/So worried it is ruining my life!

Question
Hi, a month ago I hooked up with a guy I do not know that well. We went back to his place and we fooled around but did not have sexual intercourse or oral sex. However his penis did come near to my vaginal opening (on the outside of my vagina) for a brief moment, and i don't know but i think some of his pre-cum might have gotten near it (he never ejaculated). About 45 minutes later (in which i put all my clothes back on and walked around) he fingered me inside. 1) So my first question is- could I have contracted HIV in this way, of his pre-cum maybe entering my vagina after that amount of time, what is my risk? Secondly, the next morning he fingered me again but only inside me for about thirty seconds before i stopped him because i realized that he was using a different hand from the night before which i made sure he didn't use (the night before) because there were scabs on his fingers from hitting a wall in an argument. 2) So my second question is can you get HIV from being fingered by someone with scabs/a scab on their fingers. What is my risk of getting HIV in this situation?
Also I went for an HIV test two weeks after this night and it was negative, but I still can't stop worrying and stressing about this situation...it's making me crazy and not able to sleep. I know two weeks is too soon for a test to be conclusive, and it is really bothering me. Please help me.
Thank you so much.

Answer
Theoretically, anytime infected semen, vaginal fluid, blood and/or breast milk enter another person's body, transmission is possible.

However, in both instances you describe, transmission is extremely unlikely. What you describe is not an efficient means of transmission, nor is it a direct route of transmission. I wouldnt worry if I were you.
