Question
Is there a link between Hiv/Aids and reduced penis size?

If so what is the mechanism?

Dear Sasha,

While in recent years, several studies have shown that circumcision reduces the risk of male HIV acquisition, there is no empirical evidence suggesting any link between HIV & AIDS and reduced penis size. UNAIDS webpage can be an important link to explore more on this issue if you want.

If we think of another dimension, there is an indirect link. Not using proper size of condoms (according to penis size) may result in condom break or condom slip off and in turn increasing the risk of HIV transmission.
