shall i have the AIDS if the woman bleeds during the penetration if she has the AIDS

Dear Peter:

Peace, and thanks for your question.  The presence of vaginal secretions - fluids produced by the vagina - has sufficient virus in a person infected to pass the virus to another - as does blood. So you are doubly at risk in the situation you describe.  Please understand, however, that being exposed to the fluids does NOT necessarily mean you are infected; and remember that a person need be infected with HIV in order to pass the virus to another.
