QUESTION: Well are most STDs transmitted through sex and what are early symptoms of an STD or something?

While most of the STDs transmit trough sexual contact (including vaginal intercourse, oral sex, and anal sex), some STIs can also be transmitted via use of an intravenous drug needle after its use by an infected person, as well as through childbirth or breast-feeding and skin to skin contact.
The signs and symptoms of STDs (the term is now replaced by STIs, meaning sexually transmitted infections) vary largely from one STD to other. Therefore, it will be much convenient for both of us if you please specify some of the STDs of which, you want to know the early symptoms.
