Question
I know this is an odd question and probably a stupid question but what if you are using a kleenex to qipe off after using the bathroom because you didn't have any toilet tissue left and after you use it,you notice that there is blood on it but it could possibly be because you already had an open wound at the very top of your leg and it could have touched it,no one else touched the tissue,so is it a possibility that it was your blood?

Hope you're fine. Let me start with my philosophical standpoint. I believe that there’s no such thing like stupid or question ... all the questions are to generate knowledge. As far as I understand, your question is a very critical to answer and is a wonderful one.

Let's come back to your question:

1. As far as I know about Kleenex tissues are boxed in such a way that it's not possible to reuse it from the box.
2. If someone already had an open wound, it's quite possible that the blood on the Kleenex tissue came from it.
3. If not, and someone reuse the Kleenex tissue, previously had blood on it and blood was dry, there's no possibility of HIV transmission. HIV lives very short period without receptor.
