AIDS/Hiv risk from fingering

Question
I'm very worried about an incident last week where I stupidly went with a prostitute and really regret it now. I fingered the girl and whilst doing it noticed that my finger stung, I did this for a few seconds or so and her vagina was wet. Afterwards I wiped my finger with a wet wipe and washed my hands. I get eczema and the skin on my finger was cracked and open, but not bleeding. Could I be at rick from HIV or any STD's due her vaginal fluids getting in my open skin? I am due to get married next year and I haven't had sex with my partner since this happened.

Answer
Honestly, I dont really know how to answer you. If you had openings in your skin that HIV could enter through, then transmission is possible...although I can tell you that it is very unlikely in such a situation.

Any time that infected blood, semen, vaginal fluid, and/or breast milk enter another person's body, transmission is POSSIBLE.

Honestly though, you might want to think more about your impending marriage and why you are doing what you are doing. Your fiancee needs to know so she doesnt put herself in harm's way. If you are hooking up with other women, you are not ready for marriage. That is something you need to face NOW rather than later. You will hurt your fiancee more if you dont address this issue now.
