Question
I have read stuff online about canker sores/mouth ulcers and hiv. Some sites state that canker sores can cause fevers, but would that automatically mean hiv was at fault? Or could trauma to the mouth or too much acid cause an ulcer and fever?

Answer
Just because a person has a canker sore, that does not mean they have HIV...obviously.

I am not sure what you want to know.... Many different things cause fever...NOT just HIV. people get insanely worried about HIV and there is absolutely NO reason to. There are a zillion other illnesses one is much more likely to get, but people dont seem to care about those.

My advice- educate yourself about HIV and HIV transmission.
