AIDS/Need your kind suggestion

QuestionDear Doctor,
Thank you very much for your kind consideration.I am 29 yr old person and I am very nervous now after coming to know the various transmission ways of HIV/AIDS. Few days back I had a sex with a sex worker Please forgive me if my english is not good.
She first spitted in her own hands and then touched my penis and she has touched her tongue to my penis may be twice or thrice at the same instant I asked her to put condom on my penis and then she gave me the oral sex(blow job).I have not been to her mouth during the entire process. Then I used one more condom on top the one which was already there as I have not ejacuated and then I had sex using both condoms on top of my penis. Then She again gave me blow job removing the top condom but there was still One more condom on my penis and at that time I ejacuated but I ejacuated inside the condom. I checked the condoms had no cuts or holes. I have not did any french kissing with her.
I have might just kissed her chick and might be once or twice to her lips but there was no interchange of saliva. I have not seen any blood during the entire period and I don’t know if she had any soars in her mouth when she touched her tongue to my penis. But I have not been on her mouth( no saliva exchange).
Now I am worried thinking when she first touched my penis with her hand having spits not very much spit on her hand. It will be that amount when we spit once not more then that and when she touched her tongue to my penis nearly twice or thrice. But when she was taking in her mouth and about to start the blow job I asked her to put condom on my penis.I was sucking the breast of that female sex worker who is fat. Is there any risk of infection of HIV. There has been no cut or blood on her breast.
After I ejacuated she removed my condom by using tissue paper on my penis bottom by her hands. Was that risky?
How can I know if she was lactating as during sucking I didn't notice any milk.
If I should go for test then can I have the test now or sould I wait for 3 months.
As per your mail I should not use 2 condoms during sex? which I did.Was that risky?
Please help me doctor is there any risk of HIV/AIDS Transmission. Do I need to worry.
Looking forward for your suggestions.
Regards
Jimmy
AnswerDear Jimmy:
Peace, and thank you for again honoring me with your questions. I need once again, for clarity, state that I am not a physician, but hold a Master of Public Health degree and have 18 years experience as an HIV educator and specialist.
I am hoping you have been to www.avert.org or www.unaids.org to find information in your native language - please try both sites.
To be clear, your risk of HIV is in contact with the blood, semen, or vaginal secretions of a person infected. Breast milk transmission is seen in a percentage of nursing mother transmission to children.
If you are in the UK and have means to see a doctor, ask to do so and find what options are available for testing on HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. I don't see you as being at any significant risk of HIV because you did not, from what I can tell, come into significant contact with blood, semen, or vaginal secretions. Talking to a doctor - or finding a voluntary counseling and testing center, will give you knowledge and help answer your questions.
As for the multiple condoms, if you use one and it covers all the skin that will be exposed to blood, semen, and vaginal secretions, your risk is lowered tremendously. Your skin and mucous membrane protection is what is key, not whether you ejaculate - your ejaculation increases the amount of fluid to which your partner is exposed, not you.
I hope this helps. Again, best to you and yours.
