Question I am a male who visited a female sex worker last night and
received oral sex with a condom. I noticed that she did not
open the condom package - but it was already open. If she
used the condom on another customer and he ejaculated into
it - am I at risk for contracting HIV? I ejaculated in the
condom after about 2 minutes and i am circumcised. Thank

Answer Hello TR,
Well, an open condom package necessarily do not mean an used condom. it is very unlikely, she used that condom before then clean it and reused it. however, that can be a possibility and if so, then 'Yes' you are at risk of HIV.
Because, if the previous client, ejaculated in the condom and if the condom is not properly sanitised, then it carries a greater risk of transmission HIV through semen contact.
