Question
Dear Terry ,
I would like to get your help and opinion on one incident that happened to me around a week ago .
I had a one night with a prostitute , where we started kissing and then she gave me a blow job and I was fingering her, then she sat on my legs rubbing her pussy on my legs , chest balls and dick until I cum on her face .
We didn't have intercourse at all , neither me nor her were having seen bleeding wounds. Can you pls advise about the following ;
1) Is kissing or fingering her high risk , can HIV be transmitted through kissing or fingering .
2) Her giving me blow job , is this carrying high risk .
3) her rubbing her pussy with my legs , chest , dick and balls , is this high risk ?
Thank you for your help as I am really worried , this is the first time for me to do so ....

Answer
Dear Essam:

Peace.  HIV is transmitted from an infected person by means of blood, semen, vaginal secretions, and in the case of breastfeeding infants, breast milk.  Therefore, the more of these fluids, if she is infected, and the more of your skin or mucous membranes are exposed, the greater the risk.

The good news is that the number of times you have been exposed (once) could but probably wouldn't place you at high risk.  More information available at www.avert.org or www.thebody.com.

Good to talk to someone from the Emirates again, say hello to Dubai for me ;)

More questions, let me know.

Best to you and yours.
