Question
Hello doctor about two days ago I went to a strip club and a I girl did the handjob for me and she used her saliva to ubricate my penis . My question is if her saliva mixed her blood from her mouth and thers is a little contusion on my penis . Will I have high chance to infect the HIV? Thank you very much for your help

Peace. First, I am not a doctor, I hold a Master of Public Health and am a doctoral student. I do, however, have eighteen years of experience in HIV/AIDS work.
There's little risk in what you describe for HIV transmission; that's not quite the same as "no risk" but it isn't high risk either. I would recommend that you refrain from sharing your fluids or being exposed to the semen, vaginal secretions, or blood of others, and be tested in six weeks for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections so as to be less worried. More general information on HIV can be found at www.avert.org or www.thebody.com as well as suggestions as how to reduce your risk in the future.
