Question
How common is that an only ARS symptom would be joint pain, specifically wrist and fingers joint  pain that sometimes goes right up to the elbow. It is represented in both hands.

Your specific symptom does not correlate with ARS. It is rather a neuropathic condition. Since it affects both hands, it is most likely carpal tunnel syndrome with an irritation to the median nerves.
