can AIDS be transferred by the contact of the tongue and pussy?

According to CDC, oral sex is not risk free. While there are few documented evidences on HIV transmission through this route, this is less risky than vaginal and anal unsafe sex acts. The risk of HIV transmission on the way you mentioned is thus very low, but as mentioned earlier, not risk free.
