Question
How can a mother with AIDs ensure not passing the disease to her young children?

Answer
hi mary,

1. no breastfeeding
2. do not share and keep all sharp objects used for personal hygeine separate - i.e. razors, nail trimmer, etc
3. do not share toothbrushes
4. if you bleed, clean and disinfect the area yourself

other than that, just be a mother and care for them as if you were not hiv positive.
