Hi i am a gay guy i had an orgy with three men one of them deep kissed me and i knew he is positive and the other who is negative i had him cum in my mouth but didnt swallow his siemens or may be a little. After that i discovered i have an ulcer in my upper mouth that is bleeding slightly. I am terrified can i get HIV like that. I have deep kissed the positive guy with my ulcer for two minuites. I have no idea if he was bleeding in his mouth or not. I am scared to death. Another thing this happened 4 days ago i dont have a rash but have some sort of small pimples 4 or 5 on my forehead can this be an HIV positive symptom. I have called the HIV testing center but told me to wait two weeks and then they can do a rapid test from my gum to check on the virus, is this enough or should i do RNA test. I am terrified i cant leave home cant sleep cant do anything in my life. Please help me i have been crying and terribly worried about getting infected.

For the situation you have described, I think you need to get tested since there is HIV positive partner involved and you had ulcers in your mouth. There is a possibility of being infected in this scenario.
Antibody tests are inexpensive and very accurate. In this context, the HIV testing center was correct. Most people develop detectable HIV antibodies within 6 to 12 weeks of infection, although the average window period with HIV-1 antibody tests is 22 days for subtype B. The 'window period' is a term used to describe the period of time between HIV infection and the production of antibodies. During this time, an antibody test may give a ‘false negative’ result, which means the test will be negative, even though a person is infected with HIV. To avoid false negative results, antibody tests are recommended three months after potential exposure to HIV infection.
