In December i had unprotected sex with another male.

We had anal sex, he did precum, but did not ejaculate while penetrating me.

I found out last week i have HPV, and immediately called him to let him know so he could get tested. He advised me he was recently tested bc he has cancer and he also has HIV!!!!

What are my chances of contracting this since he had it when we had sex?

I am sorry to hear of your situation. As you had unprotected sex, the risk is present and I advise you get tested. Precum still carries the virus. Did your male partner advise you of his status at the time of intercourse? If not, I do advise you consider filing civil and criminal charges to recoup future medical cost to treat your genital warts. From experience, I am assuming he may have known his status prior to the date of the incident. i also advise you to get a complete sti screening from your physician or std/sti clinic
