Question
Hi,
I had an unprotected sex with a woman who I later noticed she is taking ARVs meaning she has HIV. Though I don't have any sore in my penis, are there any chances I still would have gotten infected.

Dear Mania,

Having unprotected sex is one of the main routes of HIV transmission. In your case, I will add another fact that, if you are having unprotected sex with someone who is stable on ARVs and had had an undetectable viral load for over 6 months then the likelihood of infection is extremely small.
