Question
Hello dear Sir!

I am a 21 years old male and I live in India.

Sir, About one week ago I had four or five times sex in two days with different girls which were sex workers. I worn two condoms Simultaneously each time. Only at one time when I worn only one condom I noticed a break in my condom. I did not continue with the same condom because it was torn and out of work. I think more or less 15 than 20 seconds my penis was in her vagina with that broken condom till I noticed and changed it. I have also had sex in the same place with two other girls around one month ago. Considering the girls who are sex workers and doing sex for money with every one I am in a doubt if they had HIV Aids and I am infected with HIV Aids too. Sir, I am in a big doubt and I can not stop my mind from thinking about it. I can not do my studies and I am an able to do any thing. I am always thinking about my this mistake which I doubt if changed my life.

If you kindly please tell me what is the percentage of my infection and if any medical test or checking is needed and every thing you can to make my mind go out of this tension. I think I can not live for more time in such a condition.

Thanks a lot for your help in advance.
Sincerely your,
Far.......

Answer
Dear Farzan,

Welcome to AllExperts.

Two issues:
1. Female sex workers are one of the most at risk populations. Having unsafe sex always poses the risk of HIV transmission.
2. Condom break poses significant risk of HIV exposure.

I would request you to go for HIV antibody test 3 months after that exposure and again after 6 months to have a conclusive result.

Gorkey
