AIDS/HIV Danger?

Question
Hi sir!
Wish you doing well.
I received your answer and let me thank you for that too much.

As I mentioned in my previous question that I am a 21 male and had sex with four or five commercial sex workers in two days wearing two condoms simultaneously . Sir, during one sex I faced condom break. my sex partner during condom break seemed to be very healthy and even when I took out my penis I did not feel it is wet. I mean it was just in the beginning and I think she even did not produce vaginal fluid. It is about two weeks after that case And I don't see any HIV Symptom in me.  So, I need to ask more questions if you please answer all of them.

1- What is my risk rate if her vagina was not wet (Vaginal fluid was not produced) during condom break?
2- How much a total STD test (Including HIV Anti body) Cost(India)?

I have kissed all my sex partners and even I finger one of them in her vagina an had french kiss.

3-   Does it cause HIV or other STD s?

Regards,
Thanks in Advance.

I am having just too much tension and always regret my mistake but my mind is not going to stop thinking.

Answer
Hello Farz,

Welcome again. Here are a few issues regarding your questions:

1. Commercial sex workers, as we know are considered one of the 'most at risk populations (MARPs)' in terms of HIV transmission.
2. You did have condom break and this poses potential risk of HIV and STI transmission.
3. We cannot assess one's HIV status looking at their appearance (i.e. healthy looking).
4. You had insertive sex, which is also considered as high risk behavior while it's about MARPs and condom break.

Considering the overall context, there is a risk of HIV and STI transmission, so please get tested.

Few years back I read in The Times of India that the cost of HIV testing is very low (Rs. 10). There are a number of Voluntary Counseling and Testing Centers in India where you can get tested in low price. You just need to find a nearby center or referral mechanism to get tested.

Regards,
Gorkey
