Question
I kissed a girl and she performed oral loved on me for not more than 3-4minutes/NO SEX. SInce then i have the paranoia that i'm hiv infected. I did an elisa and pcr test 22 days after exposure. Both negative, but on the site of the medical company that did the test it says that pcr test are very efficient but now while browsing the net i found out that they are not. Is that true, is a pcr test 22 days after exposure sufficient to disperse any doubt about hiv infection?

Answer
You are not at risk from kissing or having oral sex performed on you. The risk in this situation would be to the person performing oral sex because they come in contact with the fluids that transmit HIV. You did not come into contact with such fluids by only receiving oral sex.
