if someone has aids and has sex with someone else can a condom protect the other person from gettin aids?

Answer
Yes, when used properly everytime one has sex, condoms are 98-99% effective at preventing the spread of HIV and other STIs. However, when condom failure occurs, the majority of the time it is due to improper use, so it is important to follow all instructions carefully when using condoms.
