Question
QUESTION: Hello Kristen,

I'm Oswald Q. heterosexual 24 M from India
I'm a nervous mess at this point of time, I was with a CSW on 05/01 and the condom broke, I realized it ripped as soon as it happened and I withdrew it the very next moment, I would not have been inside her for more that 6 - 7 seconds.(NO ejaculation. No penetration after I realized)

I tested negative on a routine STD (including HIV) check up on 04/03/2007 since then I did not have sex with any one this was my first encounter after the tests.

I would like to know:

a. Is there any risk associated ?

b. If yes, any odds / assessment on it

c. Do I need to test?

c. If yes, Can a real time RNA PCR at the 10 th day would be   good enough to be indicative ?

Please help me, your expertise would be much appreciated, I am very anxious at this point of time, I feel I am heading towards the end,I would be very grateful to you.

Regards

Oswald
