Question
Am worryed a recently cut me self shaving my pubes wiv a new blade, and there is a rash what is a rash down there and a got worried so i looked up the symtoms of hiv and it said a rash sore throut and fever what i have at the moment i hope it is jst a corisidence what do you think?
Dear Bill:
Peace. Your HIV risk depends on your sexual history; shaving your pubic area with a new razor would not put you at risk. Please see a health provider for assessment of the rash, it could be from many causes, including heat or simply irritation from shaving.
