Question
I was recently with a prostitute and received oral sex with a condom on, while being with this person I accidently sucked on her breast and milk squirted out and hit me on my lips should I be worried that either with the condom on or the milk that hit me on my lips would infect me? What is the probability of infection is it high risk or should I not worry?

Answer
Breast milk can transmit HIV- however, if you did not ingest it, then the likelihood is really low. Breast milk has been known to pass HIV to breastfeeding infants, but that is a different situation since they drink large quantities of milk which leads to infection, whereas you did not. That's your call about whether you should worry based on what actually took place. You would not contract HIV from her giving you oral sex.
