Question
Today i had a cut at barbers shop ..it was not deep but a small blood was commin out beacuse of skin cut ..I wiped it with detol and kept on continuing that for 15min..can this cause aids...

Answer
HIV is, in comparision to some other diseases, relatively hard to transmit, requiring that the virus remain intact in fluid in sufficient concentration to infect another.

Depending on the cleanliness of the barber's instruments, that is, if it is possible that the blood from someone infected could have been carried to your cut in sufficient amounts as to infect, there is some miniscule risk.  On the other hand, cleaning scissors and razors with disinfectant between customers should reduce that risk even further.

Bottom line, your chances of being infected from what you describe is almost nil; I would recommend (outside my expertise) that you avoid any barber who maintains dirty instruments and cuts you and other customers on a regular basis.
