Question
If someone put me HIV blood in my drink, i could get infected, taking into account that i had sores in my mouth?
I saw that in some papers said that the HIV dies in few seconds once out of the human body? is that true?

Answer
HIV does not live long outside of the human body- specifically how long is not know. Researchers keep finding different things so the evidence is inconclusive.

You do not need sores in your mouth to contract HIV orally-the mouth itself is like a big sore because it is a natural opening to the body.

HIV cannot be transmitted in the way that you describe.
