AIDS/HIV paranoia

Question
I am 22 years old and for as long as i can remember I have been terribly paranoid regarding HIV.  I have never had unprotected sex and am in a monogamous relationship.  My boyfriend has been tested as well.  Yet throughout my life i have been tested so many times always coming out HIV negative, thankfully. For example I would get severly worried about someone I was dating touching my gentials, no sex included, for fear of contracting somthing.  Or if I saw blood anywhere near me I would freak out.  Is it common to be so paranoid.  What do you advise?

Answer
No, it isnt common to be that worried. HIV is not an easy infection to get...you will never get HIV from simply touching someone, or having them touch you. I really dont know what to tell you-if you find that your fear is affecting your ability to function everyday, then maybe you could talk to a psychologist about it. Sorry I can't be of more help.
