Question
i am male, ive been blow jobbed by a prostitute and my semen was passed on to her mouth. is there any possibility that i get aids on a situation like this if she have a cut on her mouth.there were no other sexual intercourse. i was on the delivering end.

Dear Daniel:

Peace.  There is never a 'zero possibility' when a person is involved in fluid (semen, blood, vaginal secretions, breast milk) exchange with another person.  Instead, I talk in terms of relative risk.  The woman who performed oral sex on you is at significant risk in the situation you describe, while your risk is lower than hers as you were exposed to possible blood (by your description of 'possible cut') although I would term your risk as very low.  This because the amount of the above infectious fluids to which you were described is small and these fluids were present for a relatively short time (the duration of fellatio).

Hope this helps; as always I recommend that you learn your own HIV status to protect and take care of yourself and loved ones.  Remember that there are other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI's) are more easily transmitted than HIV.
