QUESTION: I m 28 years before One and half month (40 days), I met with an women and have sex intercourse with her with condom , in the mid suddenly i kept out my penis and i find it was broken very little from top left side but all part of penis was covered  , i immidiatly replace the condom and wear new condom and then have sex
That lady to which i have sex have sexual relations with many  persons ,
So i got so upset and afraid about HIV , I got lot of tension in one month and also i got my Blood pressure low , i was so upset that i was feeling so tired everytime , and after one month time i go through  HIV test , Which was non-reactive , So please tell me wt to do now , is it 100% chances that rapid test is non reactive in 3 months even if person is Positive
Please guide me wt to do , i did sex first time  and got this problem
Please help me , i m so confused , there is how many chances that after 3 or 4 months i will be nagative

Peace.  It sounds as though you are terribly worried and stressed.  While early, the antibody test you took indicates you are probably not infected.  Reliability at six weeks is less than 100% but still pretty good.

Additionally, the risk from your condom break are greater to the person with whom you were having intercourse than to you (you mentioned most of your penis was covered).

Please do some research to find a health professional or testing site and counseling near you.  Fatigue and low blood pressure are more likely tied to other things besides HIV - talking with a health professional would be my first recommendation; a counselor at a test site could help in learning more about your risks, HIV tests, and ways to reduce your fears.

QUESTION: Thanx for relief  Answer Sir

one thing i want to tell , when i find the condom was teared , the lady vagina was totaly dry ,i replace with new Condom and then contine the sex  and after complete ejacuation i washed my penis with soap properly

so please tell me the chances of having HIV
and after ejacuation

I can't really give you more information than we have here; as noted in my previous answer, the risk is less than it might be and the test results fairly reliable.  Lack of vaginal secretions can increase risk of tears and bleeding in the vagina.
