Question
My question is simply to know if it's possible for an HIV+ male's sperm to be "cleaned" up so that a woman can be artificially inseminated resulting in a healty child.  I would also appreciate any tips you have on safe sex for the HIV+.   Many thanks.

Answer
I have heard of such a thing, but I do not know much about it. I would advise talking to a doctor-Im sorry I cant be of more help in terms of fertilization.

As far as safe sex, the best advice I can give is to take medicine in order to keep the viral load down and always use condoms. When using condoms, make sure you follow all the directions on the box because the most common reason for condom failure is misuse.
