Question
what are the chance'es of re-infecting someone when not useing a condom. Say,Im on top and my partner is bottom. We just had unpretetive sex.
And i came in side of him.

Answer
I do not understand your question... "re-infect"? There are many strains of HIV so a person who is HIV+ with one strain could contract another strain of the virus by having unprotected sex with someone else who is positive. However, someone cannot be reinfected with the same strain because they already have the virus.
