sir whether cough/cold can give false result of hiv antibody?at 50 day of exposer how much reliable?

Dear Mr. Indian:

Peace.  Yes, another infection could cause a false positive and 50 days after exposure is within reasonable time for development of antibody, though 6 months is recommended.  Please speak to your health provider and/or testing counselor to clarify and retest.
